Our client is a multi-faceted maintenance company that operates within the mining & resources, oil and gas, manufacturing and infrastructure spaces performing preventive maintenance and shutdown services around the Newcastle areas.

Your new role

• Perform routine, outage, and unplanned breakdown maintenance.
• Review technical drawings and work orders
• Identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade Qualification - Boilermaker or equivalent.
• Confined space ticket (within 2 years)
• Working at heights ticket (within 2 years)
• Proficient in various welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• HRW licence (beneficial)
